3. Products and Services

We supply glass mineral wool loft insulation rolls (Lunfaflex Roll Ultra) in various thicknesses (100mm, 150mm, 200mm) with free delivery on orders over £360 inc VAT and standard delivery of £42 inc VAT on smaller orders. Products are A1 fire rated and manufactured from over 80% recycled glass. Each roll is pre-cut at 570mm width for installation between standard ceiling joists.

4. Order and Purchase Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website calculator, you are making an offer to purchase Products. Your order is an offer to buy under these Terms. All orders must be accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Once we have accepted your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email with details of the Products ordered, total price including VAT, and delivery information.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT at the applicable rate. 5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery on orders over £360 and a flat rate of £35 for orders below this threshold. We deliver to addresses within mainland UK. Delivery timescales will be confirmed in the order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.

5.2 Delivery to Third Parties

If you arrange for delivery to a third party, you must ensure they are present to receive the goods. We are not responsible for goods left unattended at the delivery address.

5.3 Delivery Delays

While we endeavor to meet stated delivery timescales, these are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery unless caused by our direct negligence. Delays do not entitle you to cancel your order unless we are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Consumer Rights – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

As a consumer, you have a statutory right under UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the Products, provided the Products remain unused and in original packaging.

7.2 How to Exercise Your Cancellation Right

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your Products. Email your cancellation request to info@loftroll.co.uk or contact us on 0115 795 2895 with your order number.

7.3 Return of Products

Once we receive your cancellation notice, you must return the unused Products to us in original packaging at your own cost. Upon receipt of your returned Products in acceptable condition, we will refund the purchase price. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty Product.

7.4 Bespoke or Special Order Items

Products specifically ordered or customized by you are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period if work on them has commenced or if they cannot be resold in the normal course of business due to their bespoke nature.

7.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If your Products arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement Products or a full refund at our discretion.

8. Liability and Warranties

We warrant that Products supplied are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose when installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
